Warranty

For Display Product:

 

All Display items are guaranteed by our supplier to be to your satisfaction. If you believe a product is not giving the desired results, please contact us at 1-905-428-2576 or 1-647-797-2576 or email info@elementdisplay.ca. If we cannot resolve the problem or the product is found to be unsatisfactory, Element Display will replace the originally ordered product at no charge up to three (3) days after the order of that product.

 If in the event the wrong product is shipped, Element Display will replace the product at its expense.  No refunds are allowed on any product.  Element Display is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully.  

 
Limited Warranty

Element Display provides a limited 12 month warranty on the following items: Pop-Up Display pop-up frames and roll up banner stand against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. All repairs needed to coincide with this limited warranty policy will be done at no charge with Element Display the exception of shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to any  products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Element Display. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

 

 

Graphics & Customized Products

For Printing Product

Whilst every care is taken, Element Display cannot be held responsible for any errors on final output generated by you, or the software you use in creating files for output. The final check before we receive your files is your responsibility.   Please realize that monitor calibration varies widely, and it is impossible for us to run all jobs to match what different clients see on their monitors. We run to uniform ink levels and a "pleasing color" standard that is based on the PMS colors and CMYK screen densities listed in your file. We will complete your project in accordance with industry-wide trade standards for color and registration. Printing errors caused by faults with our printing machines will gladly result in replacement, credit or refund. This guarantee does not cover customer errors like incorrect copy or poor photography, so be sure to check your proof carefully.  

All graphics and customized product orders claims must be reported within twenty-four hours of receipt of merchandise. All claims are to include any such discrepancy between the approved proofs that were sent via email and the merchandise that was received. These claims should only be for discrepancies of the printing and not the materials. All claims must be made in writing within forty-eight hours from the time of receipt of merchandise and should be directed to info@elementdisplay.ca.

All printed graphics orders are to be cared for very carefully. Element Display must make the warning that all graphics purchased must be rolled with the graphic side of a graphic outward. If this careful instruction is not followed, then delamination will most likely occur and Element Display accepts no responsibility for any such damage to graphics.

All graphics purchased from Element Display are considered final sales. There is no warranty or refund period for graphics purchases. Please follow the claims policy as stated above for any claims issues.
